Art therapy for expression, creativity, and personal insight
At my studio in the beautiful Abbotsford Convent, you are invited into a calm and creative space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.
Art therapy is an expressive form of psychotherapy that uses creative processes such as drawing, painting, collage, sculpting, movement, and writing to explore thoughts, feelings, and experiences. It can be especially supportive when words are difficult, offering a gentle and creative way to gain insight, emotional clarity, and new perspectives.
Sessions are guided by your individual needs, pace, and goals, within a safe, trauma-informed, and person-centred environment.
I offer individual art therapy sessions in person at Abbotsford Convent in Melbourne, or online, working with people of all ages, genders, identities, abilities, and backgrounds.
As a qualified art therapist and professional member of PACFA, my practice is grounded in ethical, trauma-informed, and creative therapeutic approaches.
Beyond the Studio
Alongside my studio practice, I have facilitated wellbeing programs, community workshops, and creative initiatives across a range of settings.
Supporting people from diverse communities and walks of life has profoundly influenced my practice and strengthened my belief in the power of creativity to foster connection, reflection, and well-being. This work continues to guide the way I meet each personโwith curiosity, care, and respect for their individual experiences and creative process.
